Orders shipped within Canada are expected to arrive within 5 business days from the shipping date. Orders with a destination either in Quebec or Ontario are expected to arrive within 2 business days from the shipping date.
Orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States arrive within 6 business days from the shipping date. The closer the delivery address is to New-York state, the faster it will get to you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We also have a 365-day warranty period, which covers any defect the cartridge may have. The warranty does not cover problems your printer may have.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
